Cancellation Eligibility

Cancellations are accepted only under the following circumstances:

    • Within 24 Hours: Orders may be canceled within 24 hours of placement, provided they have not yet been processed.

    • Damaged or Defective Orders: Cancellations are also permitted if the order is received damaged or defective.
